Expensive but worth it, good thing it only needs replacements once a year.

Good product I enrolled and they send me the product with enough time to replace it according to the manual.

The experience was positive, except displeased that the store has discontinued carrying Epson 78 ink cartridges. That forces me to visit Office Depot and other stationary stores.

It does what is supposed to do i like the product.

It was very easy to use and the installation was easy

Easy replacement -- only one small issue: there are not explicit instructions on how to recent the "new filter needed" indicator light. Otherwise, fit, quality, etc. is flawless.

This filter is great . It lasts for 6-8 months and is easy to remove and install . Only issue is availability at my local Best Buy store , they usually only have one in stock .

A must have and works great. We receive it on a 6 month rotation and for less money then buying it when needed.

It's not that easy to put in since I have to move the fridge and turn the water off but I like having filtered water so I do it.

This product is good for the filtration of the water and I choose to stay with the product that is the product that was already used.

We have a Samsung frig (had one in our precious house too), and the water filter works just fine. Easy to install and lasts quite awhile—about 9 mos for us.
