Normally have no problem with this product but this time once the filter was changed it did not pierce completely. The fridge couldn't recognize that the filter was in place resulting reset problems.

Works as advertised. I highly recommend to use the brand named filters. I used alternatives that fit, however they damaged my filter/reservoir had to have it replaced. Once I did I have had no issues and they fit perfectly no issues installing or removing other than a little muscle but no issues.

Second time purchasing it. Easy install. No problems at all.

I have a newer fridge and I'm not willing to take a chance using after market filters. They don't make them easy to remove as I always have to use a pliers to turn it. Filters work great.

This filter, of course, is required for my Samsung refrigerator-freezer water and ice dispenser. I subscribed with Best Buy for the water filter. The filter arrives on time and I change the filter and all is good!

Ive been using this filter for years and have never had a problem. The water tastes good and it lasts longer than my set replenish time which is 6 months. Easy to install and remove to replace as well.

Since I have a reverse osmosis filter system already filtering my drinking water, this refrigerator filter is just an extra layer of filtering I suppose. For this reason I don't replace this filter often, but also for this reason is why I chose to replace my original Samsung filter with this Samsung-approved filter (and I didn't want to take a chance on changing my experience with using a much cheaper, 3rd party filter). My original filter lasted me 8 years, and maybe could have gone longer, but I just felt it was time to see if a new filter would make much difference in my drinking water from the refrigerator. So far, I can't tell much difference, but with cold water... taste is sometimes difficult to distinguish, unless the water is really bad of course. The handle on the front of the filter is thinner than the handle was on my original Samsung filter, but that's the only difference I could tell. I guess after 8 years, there was bound to be a slight design change.

I replace the fliter every couple of months. Good tasting water and easy to change out. Con: it’s a little pricey

I had an old fridge that had a water filter, and it was always a chore to change it—leaking water, had to be positioned just right. This Samsung filter is so much better.

The 3 pack is a good savings, and I like using genuine Samsung filters. Water and ice taste great. The 3 pack is convenient so I have an extra on hand when it’s time to change the filter.

I am back paying for the brand name filter for my Samsung fridge. I tried other filters (ordering from discount filter sites and Amazon), but the taste and smell of our County water was not as good as it is when I use Samsung brand. I do not want to smell any chlorine, and few filters do a great job with Cl. Very satisfied with the Samsung, but they are a bit more expensive.

Since I always purchase technology equipments from Best Buy, I decided one day to purchase a refrigerator from Best Buy, also. It’s a very fancy refrigerator. It has all the latest technology features. My children and I just love it. Not only it is technology savvy, but also it plays an important role for my family to have good and pure drinking water. That’s why I purchased a Water Filter so that my family can have safe drinking water at any time. As long as I keep replacing the Water filter at a timely manner. Thanks Best Buy for having the latest technology in appliances.

I bought the replacement filter now because I had a Best Buy coupon. It is a factory replacement for my Samsung refrigerator, which I also bought at Best Buy. The replacement cartridge has the same number, but now ends with "B". A Best Buy rep told me that it is identical to the one that comes with the refrigerator, but has an improved connection orifice for better flow, so the original, ending in A/B, isn't readily available anymore. It still is listed as Model HAF-CIN/EXP. Just to make sure, I checked the display model and confirmed that it is correct. I'll know for sure when I eventually replace the original filter.

Install and forget - automatically filters water like magic. Comes in a nice sturdy box.

This is exactly what we needed. Problems with nasty tasting water in our area and it took about 1 week for this filter to clear it up. I stock up when I can so I always have a spare on hand.
