I was thinking the cost was going to be real expensive but it wasn’t. The price was way better than I thought.

The installation directions confused me. I had everything in and my refrigerator still said I needed to change the filter. After I went online I saw that I had missed hitting a reset button. Also, it wants you to waste an enormous amount of water to clean it out.

We have a samsung refridgerator that requires this filter, filter does a good job but only lasts about 6 months, I'm sure has something to do with our water too. Only problem is the cost, at $100.00 every year, would be nice if cost would come down, otherwise good filter

This is probably my 6th filter for my fridge I bought from BestBuy. The water does not have any odor and the speed of the water getting filtered on demand is fast.

Factory replacement cartridge, works just as expected. Not much more to say. Filtered water flows from the fridge with no leaks after install and water tastes fresh.

It filters the water fine, but can't tell the difference in taste of the water. Think the cost is a bit high.

Do not buy generic filters. I did and it didn't work. Then I purchased an official Samsung filter for my Samsung refrigerator and it work perfectly. No complaints.

It was difficult to install for us the first time but our son did the second one with no trouble.

Works good although I really don’t see a change from old filter to new one. It reminds to change every x months. And I do.

Saves me so much time not going to go fill up my 5gallon jugs the only thing is that it leaks when you pull out the old one

The water filter does an excellent job. It is extremely easy to install and remove. Directions are clear and easy to understand.

works with the fridge that was bought at best buy. easy to install. just had to turn off the water line. unscrew the old filter then replaced with the new one.

This filter was a cinch to install in my Samsung refrigerator, accessible in the main section of the unit (not needing to pull off grill at floor level). The filter lasted approximately on year and does make a difference in the taste of the water.

The price is higher than some knock off brands but it is the OEM replacement part and it works as advertised.

I purchased a OEM filter even though an insignia brand was an option but all sold out! Store rep gave me a price match, filter works great as expected.
