I regretted buying it too. That is why I came back to buy actual Samsung water filter. You can taste a difference between the two different filters.

Love the convenience

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since I signed up for automatic delivery, I never worry about the water filter on my Samsung refrigerator wearing out--and if you have one of those refrigerators, you know that it's a nightmare when the filter shuts down. Now, we get one every six months, and it's one less thing I have to worry about. Warning though--I need pliers to get the old one out. It's a tight fit.
