    This is the required filter for my Samsung Fridge's ice maker and water system. It does a good job filtering out most of the gunk in our system. It doesn't help that our pipes are elderly and our water is as hard as a brick!

    We have pretty good water here right from the faucet but the taste from the refrigerator is even better with these filters. Four stars for the price. They are quite a bit more than the filters for our old Whirlpool refrigerator.

    This product is the one required by my refrigerator. There were only two kinds of Samsung filters, thank God! It is handy to pick it up at Best Buy rather than having to find an appliance store or order it on line. It is expensive, hence the missing star.
