the item is as expected it is easy to install. The process of picking up at the store made me feel like a diseased leper.

The filter works as it should. Easy to replace with Best Buy's auto replenish program.

Took me only a couple of try’s because of pressure when inserting, but after that not bad for a 76 year old lady to install.

Finally found it but even when I replaced it the red light hasn't gone away on the refrigerator. I'll have to read more into that but it was difficult to find online until I found it at Best Buy.

So far it has worked every time. You need to replace the filter every 6 months to be effective of every 500 gallons.

This is our first time replacing the water filter on our Samsung refrigerator. Replacing is very easy and the replacement looks of good quality.

This easily hooks up to my fridge in less than a minute and makes the water that much better. I go to BB to easily replace them when my fridge says they need replaced.

Samsung water filters work well with my Samsung fridge. Water looks and tastes great.

I did manage to get the one pack on sale, but the two pack by far of this is still the most solid deal. Exact same product and the reality is you will use at least two of these a year (or more if your family drinks a whole lot more water).

Looked up the guide for my fridge online and followed directions. Filter works for 6 months and had great water pressure. I don't buy bottled water anymore.

ive tried aftermarket on other refridgerators and im not gonna do it to this one because it lessens the life of the filtration system if you use aftermarket

Works as expected. Replacing the water filter was straightforward, but a little tough as the connection is tight. Water pressure was restored. Wish it were cheaper, as we will probably go through 2 of these every 12-15 months. There goes any energy cost savings.

This is the replacement filter for Samsung refrigerator. It does the job. The only concern I had after replacing the filter was that the water flow was very low at first. It scared me if I had done something wrong.

I have tried non Samsung filters that are a little less expensive, and came back to the oe. Lasts longer, fits properly, easier to install.

Best Buy matched the price and it became a great value for the refrigerator that I bought at bestbuy

Awesome. My water takes great. They are slightly expensive. I have multiple of these in my storage cabinet.

Works as usual for my fridge. Perfect fit. Better than getting potential fakes from Amazon.
