With this water filter it is always so easy to change the filter in my refrigerator The instructions are on the box and also online The complete process took no more than 5 minutes And with all my purchases at Best Buy the price is always the lowest

We replace our waterfilter twice a year on our Samsung refrigerator. The hassle of having to find the waterfilter was eliminated after we put our Samsung waterfilter on auto-order. Now, we receive it every 6 months and do not have to think about when it was ordered last. Samsung has made the replacement process very easy and I would suggest this product plus auto-order to make it even easier. Thank you Best Buy for making our life simpler.

cheaper here than anywhere and i was able to get it quick. we ordered it at lowe’s and delivery date was rescheduled twice. the auto delivery option made the price better

I don’t usually try generic brands but before this purchase i had a filter from a certain well known hardware depot..and the filter absolutely sucked!! My water tasted awful! I went back to best buy and purchased the official Samsung filter and my water was drinkable again. No more going cheap for me.

Fantastic filter fits the Samsung refrigerator snugly (we use a small pair of pliers to install the filter) keeps the water clear, free of odors, chemicals. If you order online, you save up to $8 USD/unit.

You can't beat the price when setting up a reoccuring purchase through Best Buy for a genuine Samsung filter, and it makes life easy when you simply replace you filter each time Best Buy delivers a new one. I have tried generic filters that cost less, but they do not last as long and the quality is not always there, and I don't want to worry about a counterfeit product when buying elsewhere for a price that is too good to be true...

Not much choice if you need to replace your Samsung filter. Tried off brand generic filters that state they fit our model and cost less but have found none that fit. Samsung filter replacement is based on time rather than usage, so Samsung is playing the customer here in order to keep selling these filters. Doubt you really need to replace the filter every 6 months. Had GE refrigerator previously and their filters lasted one year

This brand name is far better than any other generic brand. Yes the price is higher but so is the quality of the product.

I had trouble using my gift card on this purchase but it finally worked out. This filter was needed & available from Best Buy. I prefer going into a store though & I'm still waiting for 2 items to come available that were out of stock. I would like it 100% better if I could call in, talk to someone & order what I want instead of doing it online. My refrigerator was purchased in 2015. The filters are frankly too expensive in my opinion.

The system for water filtration in the Samsung refrigerator is excellent. Filters are readily available, simple to change out, and easily last 6 months or so without any noticeable decline in the quality and taste of the filtered drinking water and ice (which, by the way, are exceptional). Easy-to-follow directions printed on the cylindrical filter. Most straightforward system I've seen and an overall great refrigerator.

Great product. Not like I have much choice if I want to use water since this is the brand I have to buy, but still great filter.

Save yourself the trouble trying to find a cheaper version on other service provider websites, because you will likely find a counterfeit version of this filter and you will be disappointed. The price for this filter seemed steep but it's pretty much what they cost on the manufacturer website and other sites. I have hard water at my home and these filters seem to do really well with our ice machine for our new refrigerator.
