I purchase this OEM filter instead of the other brands - to help avoid any issues in the future. The fridge is expensive and so figure this is cheap insurance instead of saving a few dollars on an off brand filter. i would rather buy a more expensive filter than a new fridge because the water lines fowl up or similar. We have very mineral heavy water and so this is an issue in the South West. This is my third filter of this brand and all have worked without issue. We consume alot of water and so this must work the first time.

I think the price point is very higher for this product and it is very difficult to put in without super human strength. It should come with a service agreement because my refrigerator flooded floor around it because you can’t tell when it is in properly.

Yum yum yum, clean water. I mean it's a water filter. But I guess I can talk about the price value of 3 filters for about a $100. That's not awful.

We have tried other non-brand filters for our samsung refigerator. But using the brand name seems to work better for us.

This filter does and excellent job and is easy to install.

I ordered and bought a new fridge (Samsung - 27 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Dual Auto Ice Maker - Stainless Steel) . Since this was a new fridge when receiving the filter I didn't question it because I assumed id be given the correct filter for when it came time to switch at the 6 month mark or when the fridge notified me. and once the fridge notified me 6 months later, I tried putting the filter i noticed it was the wrong size filter. Unfortunately now im stuck with a filter that doesn't fit and have to purchase a new once since its been pass 6 months.

Love the product and the quality of the water it puts out. It performs as advertised, and meets or exceeds the time before refill. However, all of the companies up the price of the filter(s) over time. Looking at the actual product in the filter and the casing, the cost for the filter seems quite exorbitant. We are kind of at the mercy of the manufacturer, b/c you must buy this product. Great filter, too expensive.

Great water filter! It does what it says it does and it’s not so expensive!

I tried a different brand thinking I was going to save $$$. The generic one leaked and I had to send it back to get a proprietary Samsung brand. These seem very expense however for what is actually in the filter.

These filters are great for our drinking water quality! They are the best!

It is a great product. Easy to replace and 6 months lasting. I have used this product more than 6 years and no issues at all.
