Great service and product. I can recommend the product to friends and relatives. Price is reasonable but would be great if discount is offered once in a while specially holiday’s.

This filter fit perfect in our Samsung refrigerator!! We ran a couple gallons of water through the filter per the instructions and it was good to go!!

The Samsung refrigerator-freezer water filter is convenient to install. The only hiccup is that the Model name ended with three different letters than the original model it was replacing (leaving staff & customer to research whether the newer version fits the designation, since the box doesn't mention the original Model Number it could replace). PS: No need to "recommend this to a friend" since owners of appliances never ask me where to get a water filter.

I buy these exclusively at Best Buy because I can't trust that the ones purchased from other stores are authentic. This is an item that you can't skimp on or buy 3rd party "almost good enough" quality.

Prior to this purchase, I used the generic one from Amazon for my fridge. After installing the one from Samsung, I found out my water has a significant difference between the two. I know more consumers tend to buy a generic one for a consumable product like this because I was one of them before. However, the one from Samsung really makes a big difference on the water quality. I think I'll just stick with this one for now and ever. Highly recommend this one!

Kind of a captive audience with these filters for the fridge, however, we absolutely LOVE having good clean filtered water for drinking. Easy to install, just remember to run it through about a gallon of water to clear it out before you enjoy. They last a long time and I love the reminder my fridge gives me to switch it out. Samsung for the win on fridges too!

The filter works just as intended. I dont see any issues

My filter light came on, but I ignored it since it was just me using the refrigerator and that filter can't need changing already! The water would work, but soon the ice maker stopped. Called in for service. They said it would cost $250! Asked service guy to thaw out the freezer part (it was all caked up with frost and ice). Went to Best Buy and bought a new filter. It has been working for several months now! Remember to change the filter when that light comes on -right away!

Works well with my samsung smart hub fridge! Although it is cheaper to purchase directly from the fridge via link when needing to order parts, but having it readily available at bestbuy is a plus! no issues, and I always purchase OEM version of the filters.

We have an older Samsung 4-Door French Door refrigerator (~2013/14) and couldn’t find the water filter that’s listed as compatible. Was a bit wary of trying this after seeing some of the reviews but gave it a try. Fits perfectly and works great. No issues with leaking. Will buy another to have on hand when we have to replace next.

We've tried the off-brand filters for our Samsung French Door refrigerator but they all seemed to have the same problem with dripping, even after installing them exactly by the directions. This filter eliminates that problem. Turn on the water, fill your glass, release the lever, and the water stops - kind of what you would expect, right? What you're left with is a glass of pure, clean water, without any of the chemical tastes you frequently get with city water.

My wife asked if the Samsung Refrigerator filter needs changing. I told her that i didn't know for sure. I went into my online account with BB and there it was. The data was there and with a reminder. Now thatscwhat I called service.

Easy to install. Love that they send it every 6month so I would have to worry about it.

The first replacement filter I purchased was a generic. I believe it was a Best Buy brand. It was half the price of the Samsung so I gave it a try. It did not work. It fit just fine but no water would dispense. I took it back and bought the Samsung model which worked perfectly. I'm sure Samsung Incorporated something into the refrigerator that only lets the dispenser work with their filters. The good news is their filters works and lasts a reasonable amount of time.

Decided to try the name-brand water filter for Samsung so it was pretty spendy. So far it works well.

New replacement water filter is working well since the correct one was delivered. Online order system failed to supply the correct one initially, and I had to return it to the store and order the correct filter to fit in my refrigerator,

Easy to replace and very affordable. So easy my kids could replace it

Once I was able to install the new filter, the water dispensed from the Samsung refrigerator about 3 times faster and taste 100 times better. It really makes a difference to change the filter every 6 months. And I was able to buy a 3-pack at the open-box price so it was worth the investment since I know I will be changing the filter twice a year.

What can I say, they are Samsung water filters for the fridge. They work exactly as I expected them too.
