Filter was easy to install. Took all of about 2 minutes. Filter needs to bee changed to continue to remove pollutants such as lead and organic material from your ice and drinking water.

I like the quality of the products, easy to install

This filter works as expected. I only wish it wasn't quite so expensive. However, still cheaper than other locations in Lubbock.

There are many cheaper substitues for the Samsung brand replacement filter. I opted to stock with the brand. Easy instructions, reset water notification message , and go to go fresh clean water.

Very easy to install. Water taste great. I joined auto delivery every 6 months. When the light indicator say it's time to change the filter, I don't need to worry.

Very easy to install and no after tastes with the water. It's nice to know that bad things are being filtered out of the water that my family is drinking. They are expensive though, that's the only downfall. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

THESE SAMSUNG FILTERS WORK WELL. THE ONLY MINOR COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE PRICE. SAMSUNG MAKES IT EASY ENOUGH FOR IT TO BE REMOVED AND TO HAVE THE NEW ONE INSTALLED. I USE 2-3 A YEAR. THAT WINDS UP BEING A HUGE EXPENSE OVER THE LIFETIME OF THE FRIDGE.

I like the way that the water tastes and that is saying something because I am usually very particular with my water. If only it lasted longer and wasn't as expensive. But hey, it is better than sink water.

When it was time to replace filter I trie this brand, and with in a few minutes you could really distinguish the taste before and after, now my water is free if contaminants

The lady was very helpful in helping me find the correct product. I had an older filter which they no longer have and suggested this one. It fits, works just fine with no issues.

This product was in stock when we went to BB the other day so I bought it. It has been a few months since changing the last one. It's easy to change out and I suggest doing it often for fresh water and ice.

It’s literally the only filter for my refrigerator and it was on sale. I only regret not buying 2... I wouldn’t recommend buying the refrigerator because the ice maker is severely faulty. It has broken and been repaired several times and it even leaked so bad once that Samsung had to replace my hardwood floors. Now that the warranty has expired and the ice machine is broke again, I’m back to buying bags of ice! But the filter usually works really well.

Works great, The instructions were simple to follow. About 1 month of installing the filter the water and ice taste great and no issues.
