One came the next day the other was delayed so my shipping charge was refunded. This was good because I expected the delay considering the Pandemic in NYC. Item was good also.

If you have one with the water and ice maker then you need this filter. Must have. There is no much brands you can use. This one is probably one of the best. Do not trust no name generics.

They instructed us to shut off the external water supply before removing the old filter. NOT NECESSARY!! Just pull the old one out and put the new one in. Too bad I had to have a conversation with my local repair center to learn that Samsung now has a shutoff valve/sensor

Have to turn off water to install

But you have to turn off the water behind the refrigerator and we could not pull out our refrigerator. Therefore we had to go out to the street to turn off the water to the house just to install the filter. Our last refrigerator we did not have to do this.
