I was a little worried about ordering the right filter for our fridge. But I called Samsung, as my filter was previously a 20A and this is a 20B. She explained, they are the same thing - just a different batch. Soooo, thankfully it works! We love having the filtered water as where we live, there's a really bad sulfur problem!

The purchased water filter helps flush the incoming water from the well to provide a fresh clean taste in concert with the whole house water filtration system. The ice cubes have a crystal clear appearance and the taste is great and refreshing.

I like these water filters as they are easy to change and the water always tastes fresh. The fridge (Samsung Family Hub) lets me know when it time to change and the process is simple. Never had any issues and once again, the water tastes excellent and so does the ice.

Im happy that best buy carries OEM filters for my samsung refrigerator. Ive used after market filters and they dont seem to last as long.

Original Samsung Water Filter for Samsung Refrigerator. This is an original filter and fits perfectly. I prefer to buy these instead of aftermarket filters due to the issues other people experience with the non-Samsung brand filters.

Having filtered water straight from the refrigerator is more convenient and less expensive than the filtered pitcher or bottled water. You must turn off the water supply to change the filter but other than that it’s easy to turn and pull it out to insert a new filter.

I needed this item & my local store where I usually get it, had it on back order, for at least a month, maybe more. Apparently the company is changing the items/packaging. Best Buy had it in stock (at a cheaper price than my local store) & offered free 2-day (I think) shipping. The exact item I need, plus saved a little money.

This filter is easy to install and it lasts for up to 6 months. After installation you need to run water through the filter until the water flows smoothly approximately 1 gallon water. The water tastes great too.

This is the only filter we buy for our fridge and it is the best! Water always tastes so fresh!

I bought a generic one of these and unlike most generic medicines when it comes to my refrigerator the generic one needed changing more often so in the long run the name brand is worth the price difference.

The filter is so simple to remove and replace. Thank you! Samsung products are dependable! I debated on purchasing another brand fridge, but took my chance with Samsung. I do not regret it! I also appreciate the fact that I get an email from Best Buy a week ahead of the time before my filter is needing to be replaced.

I think it it didn't happen to be that my fridge needs this specific water filter, I would go with a more cheaper option. I would recommend that you look for the mineral water tasting filter. It just has a better taste. Sadly, I have not been able to find some since the time that filter came included with our fridge.

I have bought this water filter several times. Normally it works as advertised. But this last time that I bought it I installed it just like i have done in the past. Really simple, take off the white cap, twist it and lock it in place. But this time I noticed the water pressure is really weak when I pour a cup of water from my fridge. I have no idea why this happened. If anyone can help me out I would love really appreciate it. Thanks

Priced competitively and the Genuine Samsung filter. I don’t need to be worried about it being a knockoff like I have received from Amazon.

Love clean water and this fits most Samsung refrigerators. I would definitely recommend this product, however I would not recommend the refrigerator itself due to problems freezing and leaking constantly and the ice maker freezing up then pouring water that started right after the one year warranty expiring.
