    Filter is used with an Samsung French Door fridge. Our water quality in the town I live in is not the best, but the filter does a great job purifying the water. There is a definite difference between the taste of the tap water versus what is filtered through the fridge.

    This is the Samsung filter that is to be used in their fridges. I was a little nervous about buying off brand. If you can get this while it is on sale, it is best. We all need a filter and this works great.

    These filters used to be cheaper because they didn't filter lead. Now they do and the cost is extreme. Buying bottled water is just as costly but we have to buy this to get rid of that annoying red light or harming the flow for the icemaker.
