I tried to reach out to Best Buy and they said it wasn’t their problem. It’s funny because they’re $10-20 cheaper on Amazon so I guess that’s where I’ll be purchasing them from now on.

These things are way over priced. I do use them for at least 2 cycles though and they work fine.
