    In the past I liked this filter as the water per ph testing is actually alkaline! However I always see little pieces of something floating (not like bubbles) and it makes me a skeptic as far as the filter working

    Although putting in the new filter takes some push, it is a great filter for my frog that takes care of anything in the water. Highly recommend.

      Hi Sparky,

      FYI - it may help to turn off the water supply when changing the filter. This can help alleviate pressure in the lines, making it easier to remove the old filter and install the new one.

    Filter works great with my new refrigerator. Lasts about length of time expected for our usage. Just when I really noticed the change in the water flow and the taste of the ice cubes the indicator light came on. A little difficult to remove old filter and insert new one though, but there’s no other option.

    these were for my old fridge, they work much better than the generic brand, you may think it's funny but I noticed a taste in the water, so I will continue to buy only Samsung water filters for my Samsung fridge. Sometimes it's worth the extra money.
