It should come with a service agreement because my refrigerator flooded floor around it because you can’t tell when it is in properly.

It came with the genuine Authentication Tag so we are good. One detail is that at the beginning (first day) it leaked a few drops per hour but it seems to be normal.(be prepared for that) The water tastes definitely better than with the generic brands.
