Using original Samsung water filter for our chefs series fridge, after seemingly genuine filter bought online caused leaks. I would recommend spending the extra money to make sure it does not leak.

Had to return this item as I purchased the wrong model. It is such a relief to work with retailers who understand mistakes happen and respect your hard earned money!

Our fridge needs this filter every 6 months so we signed up for the automatic renewal and shipping. Now I do not need to remember to pick one up; it is simply sent to my home every six months for the swap out.

The online chat rep found the filter for me after asking the model of the refrigerator that I purchased. Easy to install and lasts about six months. Definitely a great filter and the fridge is the best!

Always best to use the water filter design for the refrigerator. Signing up for automatic replacement saves money and is sent when you need it.

Thought I would save a few a few dollars and buy a generic 2-pack of these filters. The generic ones took forever to prime and lasted about 1/4 of the time the name brand one does. This is a case of you get what you pay for, I will never again buy generic water filters.

This is a fair deal. The filter lasts about a year and there are 6 people in our household. I will buy another one as a replacement.

These filters are very pricey but If you buy them from BestBuy you can save money by buying a two pack and have auto reorder set up for a discount. Do Not buy a off brand because they will leak.

Good if you get a subscription. Real filters from samsung. You still have pump out 3 gallons after install

Love my new refrigerator and the filtered water The ice also tastes good and refreshing. I think the filters are expensive but I had a $25 gift card so it was even a better value I guess we will have to see what the life usage to see the value for your money.

Excellent filter, easy to install, and except for unclear instructions on how to get the replace filter light off, was a quick job. (Btw you have to press and hold the reset button.). The only complaint is about the price. It seems to me that nearly $60 is a bit high for a filter, but at least it works well.

Great tasting water from the filter and its easy to change

This water filter works great in my Samsung refrigerator. Very east to install and delivers good taste water. Good packaging and delivered on time. Very pleased with the purchase.

One reason I bought the Samsung refrigerator was because the water filter is easy to change. I don't have to empty everything out to get to the filter. And I appreciate being able to get the filter from Best Buy - usually it is hanging on the pegboard just waiting to be picked up.

My wife bought some generic brand filters on line. She didn't tell me until I asked her why was our water tasting funny? We went to Best Buy and bought these filters and put one in. I noticed the taste difference immediately.

This GE has original filter provides quality water for six months. It is more expensive than other brands but it also has other levels of additional protection against some contaminants that the other filters don’t include.

This is exactly what I was looking for. The one my daughter got from that other place was the wrong item.
