Initially I planned to purchase the cheaper Insigna filter ($49.99 for pack of 2). However, the taste wasn't quite right for my family, so I returned and got this one instead. No complain from anyone so far, so I am happy with this purchase.

Fit our double door samsung fridge perfectly and the water is filtering as expected!

This is the 4th of these filters we've bought. One of the 4 was essentially clogged out of the package. Also, these filters are necessary to use the ice and water spigots on Samsung refrigerator, and seem to be overly expensive. It wasn't a consideration in purchasing the refrigerator it fits into, but affects the long-term cost of operation. Wish I could recommend an alternative, but I don't know of one.

These filters do last a long time (5-6 months) and we pretty much just drink water so it's definitely worth the price. I also had trouble with another brand trying to work in my Samsung fridge even thought it looked identical so sticking to this one from here on out.

Read reviews about 3rd party products bursting. Wanted peace of mind and ended up getting the actual manufactures filter. Enrolled in the subscription to get one every 6 months, shipping is free also. Price is good and peace of mind is priceless.

Made by Samsung for Samsung refrigerators-what could be easier? :) Seriously, easy to switch out, no need to turn water supply off, locks quickly and securely. Not inexpensive, but then again...Samsung! Lol

You have to have these for Samsung refrigerators. Great tasting water but a hassle to change out. Not their problem but Samsung problem. One of many as their appliances go.

Delivered on time and intact. Was the correct filter for my fridge. Got it from Best Buy when Sears kept saying it was on back order. Can't ask for better.

Great product for Samsung refrigerator. Reasonably priced easy to install. Option for filter to be put on automatic schedule to be delivered to your address when you request to be delivered.

Seems to improve taste of water. Not the easiest item to get placed correctly the first attempt.

I have a Samsung refridgerator and only use Samsung water filters as another family member tried a different brand and the water was not as good as with Samsung's filters. As 1 person, it lasts for me for 6 months.

The current filter was just over a year old and we were starting to taste a little funk in the water so I visited my local Best Buy store where I bought my appliances from and purchased the new filter. As expected the taste cleared up and we're back in business again.

Went to another store...no one could figure which filter we needed. Walked into Best Buy, told the salesperson what kind of fridge we had, we had the right filter in our hands in less than a minute! It works perfect and keeps our ice and water tasty.

I have been using this product for over a year and have had no issues. The water tastes great and doesn’t have any metallic taste. Usually lasts me about 4-5 months. Sometimes it can go to 6, depending on heavy use.

Bought this water filter as my fridge needed a new one. Best Buy was more than willing to price match the Amazon.com price for this filter, which is much less expensive than the Best Buy price. No issues with the installation nor any issue since it was installed.
