    The replacement filter I purchased was the correct one and the replacement process was very straight forward. Only issue is that the Replace Filter light (on the Refrigerator) came back on after about a week, so I will just need to remember when I changed it to know when the filter needs to be replaced again.

  • Filter hurting the water dispenser and ice maker

    The original filter was changed when the warning light came on. The first replacement filter worked fine. Then on came the warning light so another replacement filter was installed. The water flow from the door dispenser is slower and the ice maker never produces enough ice. What a way to end into summer.

    the ice and water will not stop on its own, we have to pull the part forward to stop the flow of ice and water. It needs to be repaired ASAP

    I went with the Samsung brand water filter rather than with a cheaper x-brand. It just doesn't make any sense to me to scrimp on healthier water.
