With our previous fridge, we would have to order our filters ahead of time. This is the first filter we've replaced since we got our new Samsung fridge. Best Buy had plenty in stock and it was easy to replace. Very happy.

I'd swear that the price of this item climbs each time I buy one. We have to change the filter every few months, and have grown apprehensive when we realize that the warning light is on again and the filter must be changed. Other than that, it's a fine product.

Great product. My wife loves it so I love it. She says that it should be original brand so the refrigerator remains in the warranty. There are third-party ones out there but will stick with the original for now. It has easy assembly.

I will buy again, great filter and we just change it every 6 months. Through this Corona virus situation we bought 2 filters so we can have clean water. No toilet paper but we got clean water.

I buy this product in December when it goes on sale. Recommendation is to change filters every six months but I find that once a year does the job at half the price. Remember to shut off the water supply and open the faucets to reduce pressure! These simple to follow steps will save you time and prevent frustration.

Bought the Insignia brand first (recommended by Best Buy employee). Got it home and installed it - it leaked. Took it back and got the Samsung version. Yes I get get two Insignia filters for the price of one Samsung but two leaky filters doesn't help me. Water and ice are fine - we drink the eater from the fridge door all the time. Product does what is intended for.

Since we bought out Samsung Refrig I gave increased my water drinking to the required healthy requirements. We have good drinking water from the tap, but this water tastes better and it is cold. The filter is just turned to release and install, so easy to use..

I tried the Amazon brand and it leaked all over the floor. Bought this and it is so easy to install with a little brute force to remove the old one. Works great water tastes great.

We have tried all types and filters and had problems this is the only filter that has not leaked and worked excellent. Its expensive but worth it high quality filter.
