The samsung filter replacement is made for the refrigerator I have and works beautifully for it. I have tried another cheaper replacement but I do not feel it worked as well as this one.

The factory filters work much better at reducing minerals and eliminate chemical tastes from water Better than off brands. I will continue getting factory replacement filters.

easy to swap out on the fridge, just twist and pull out. put in new one and twist again. run the water in dispenser for 4-5 cups to get the air out of the line. thats it.

Easy to replace in my Samsung fridge, just wish they weren't so expensive! Make sure you flush the suggested amount through before using water as you will have sediment and funny taste

Fits great, works perfect. Tried a different brand to save some money and had to send it back as it didn't fit our two drawer side by side Samsung fridge. Yes, a bit more costly, but worth not having a hassle.

Knockoffs don't cut it...if you want reliably clean water, and you want your filter to last, this the only choice. Knockoffs don't filter adequately and don't last. The filters seem expensive but they do last 6 months

This is the first time having a refrigerator that has a filter in it. It works great and it makes the ice and water taste better than tap water. I use it for my kuerig and it makes the coffer taste better.

Bought the Samsung - Water Filter for my French Door Samsung fridge and it works flawlessly, water tastes great, but needing to replace these every 9 or so months adds up when they cost $45...

I wanted to go a much cheaper route with an off brand but the sheer number of bad reviews for them scared me off. The last thing I wanted were problems like leaks and other potential issues people mentioned. I've had none of that which is great. However, I think $50 for a water filter is ridiculous - hence merely 4 stars.

Bought this as opposed to the cheaper off brand versions when I read about leaks in some of the 3rd party filters. This was easy to install and works with no surprises. Cost is the only issue, but they last a while.

I use this filter for our refrigerator all the time and replace it with the same one when it is time to change it. It gives us a peace of mind that it does its job well.

These filters are super easy to install on our Samsung refrigerator. We do it twice a year which keeps the water fresh. The 4-star is because of that reason. We have to change them 2x per year. Other than that, they’re great!
