This is the official Samsung fridge filter for the water spout/ice maker Pros: Water tastes clean through this filter. I have fairly hard water and see a major difference compared to kitchen tap water. Handy magnet tester to verify the product isn't fake with every bottle Cons: Pricey, but all good water filters are Locking the filter in place within the fridge is cumbersome; If it isn't completely locked you will get water as you normally do, but water will also spill out into the bottom of the fridge until you lock it correctly. It would be nice to have more certainty that the filter is lcoked correctly.

Good filter that came with our fridge, but ours is the smaller one. Just a little pricey. If you don’t mind the brand, best buy has their own brand for about half the price and works just as good.

Was really easy to replace. Fits like a glove. Filters the water, giving you a great tasting glass of water.

The Samsung replacement water filters are easy to install & work great. I've never had a problem with them. Best Buy makes it easy to do with the auto-ship program. Thanks!

So glad to be able to easily replace this filter,water tastes great and it is so easy to swap out every 6 months! The only thing , I wish it was a little less expensive!

Easy to install Samsung water filter for fridge! My filter is set up on a subscription from Best Buy so when it’s time they send me a new one and I know it’s time to switch them out. Fresh filters keep the water and ice from tasting old that comes out of the refrigerator. The subscription is nice bc I never have to remember when I need a new one.

Definitely a Samsung filter and not a counterfeit. Has a sealed magnetic strip to test authenticity. Easily installed and enjoying clear filtered water with oem part which we wanted to stay with just in case of any warranty claims as it is still under warranty.

This is the only water filter we have used in our Samsung refrigerator since we purchased it almost 5 years ago. We replace our filter only once per year instead of every 6 months, as there are only 2 adults living in the house. Excellent filter doing an excellent job. Easy to remove old & install new one. Water tastes & smells great! No problems with water pressure.

This filter is super easy to install and will keep your refrigerator dispenser water tasting clean and crisp. I've heard mention from others of trying generic filters in Samsung appliances instead of these, but there's been a few problems like improper fit and slow drips pooling to bottom of fridge, so would strongly recommend sticking with these every 6 months.

Works great but expensive. It worked fine in my fridge and the water tastes fine. Wish this was a cheaper alternative.
