Customer Ratings & Reviews

Not much choice if you need to replace your Samsung filter. Tried off brand generic filters that state they fit our model and cost less but have found none that fit. Samsung filter replacement is based on time rather than usage, so Samsung is playing the customer here in order to keep selling these filters. Doubt you really need to replace the filter every 6 months. Had GE refrigerator previously and their filters lasted one year

My family and I have been using this product for many years and the water has always tasted great and I trust the filtering system.

Takes a little pressure to put in place unless you're able to turn water to refrigerator off. Once in place, does what it was made to do.

Easy to replace in the fridge. Wish I didn't have to turn of the waterline when replacing it, though.

This filter does the job as advertised. It is very easy to install and lasts for as long as it is advertised. It is always in stock at Best Buy.

My water partner. This Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter gives me comfort and purified water.

Good filter from Samsung. Clear out the smell and other things in the water. Easy to replace.

I purchased the recommended filter for my Samsung fridge and it was an easy fix and works well. But compared to another brand sold by Best Buy, the cost was much greater. I plan on trying the alternative brand next time.

This was what I was looking for. Very pricey but you’re not going to find any cheaper than at Best Buy.

Gets the job done and lasts six months just like it says! Easy to install too.

This filter really works well. There is a noticeable difference in taste versus my tap water and some bottled water.

No complaints at all. I found what I needed very easily with assistance from an associate. Installation was a 2 second job. Very Please.

Good quality water filter. Filter usually lasts more than time period mentioned but sometimes depends on the quality of water supply.

Best Buy was the only store I could find this at! Very east to install.

Packaging is a little confusing because model numbers did not match the filter that came in the refrigerator. Works as expected.

I know there are cheaper alternatives out there, but the Samsung filter is great. Works as advertised...very easy to install.

The staff was very friendly and professional. And this is a great product.

Water taste better with this Samsung fridge water filter.

The filter is doing a great job. The water tastes great and looks great. I know the name brand is more expensive but I think its worth it.

This is an excellent filter for Samsung refrigerators. Easy instal and only requires a gallon or so of run through before use.
