I buy two at a time so I always have one on hand. They are easy to change. Every 6 months and I have delicious, clean water.

Great water filter. The ice and water in my Refrigerator taste way better than the generic brand filter, I used in the past. Would definitely recommend it. Do not substitute your filter it’s worth paying the extra cash.

This product works better that the generic products on the market. A previous filter was the generic brand. It did not allow for water flow and needed to be replaced quicker ( less than a month). With this product, an immediate difference was noted ... Faster fill rate. The cartridge has lasted over a month and still does not need replacing (according to the electronic fridge computer).

No issues with this filter and definitely recommend buying from reputable places like best buy. It came with the sticker to check it's an authentic filter.

Super easy filter to replace, simply pull out the old and slide the new one in. Run a few water & ice cycles to get the water moving through and to remove the extra carbon. This filter lasts us a good 6 months, occasionally longer depending on usage. Well worth the investment.

I wasn't sure if this filter would work for my type of refrigerator but I bought this hoping it would work and thank goodness it did. The sales person was very helpful.

The water filter works very well everytime l use it. I couldn't believe how good the water tastes and how good everything else tastes when I use it.

Excellent filter. Ensures the water from my refrigerator dispenser is fresh and clean. We have it on 6 monthly re order so that the water is always good to drink. Fairly easy to insert into the area in .the fridge

This filter fits without leaks and presumably filters out what the literature says it does. I change it out every 6 months using the autoship plan from Best Buy which reduces the price a bit.

This is easy for a novice like myself to install. My friends all ask for "filtered water" and I can easily provide it. Easy to install and works beautifully. I am not an installer or a plumber but Walla, I did it and it works beautifully. Thanks

I’m very sorry I bought the filter from Home Depot recently. Their brand lasted approx one month before it slowed the water flow. I was ready to give up and call for service but when I looked on line I saw the brand worked best. I put this filter in and I has worked like new since. Can’t thank you enough

What can I say about a water filter except that it works well. Some people think a water filter isn't necessary to use the in door water feature of their fridge, but it is, in order to keep contaminants from building up in the water line. Also, if you live in a climate where in the hot months the city water tastes moldy or metallic, this fridge filter solves that problem.

First experience with our new Samsung refrigerator and replacement was very easy. A little pricey but you don't have much choice. Not sure the replace warning on the refrigerator was because the filter was dirty or if there is an electronic timer to warn at 6 months. I don't think we used enough water and ice to warrant replacement this soon. That would be your call but I'm sure keeping Samsung replacement parts will help if you need warranty service.

I always buy this same water filter for my refrigerator. They work great and are always easy to find at Best Buy. I appreciate being able to buy my refrigerator water filters at the same place that I purchased the appliance. I can't say that about my previous refrigerator that I bought at a different store. Best Buy is the Best.

Have no complaints - it fits my refrigerator and seems to keep the water from looking like dirty socks. (I'm on a well, so a filter is definitely a good thing to have!)

Pure. A simple word that feels as if it has been lost to time. What is pure? It’s hard to tell these days but this filter? This is the true essence of pure crammed into a tiny filter which you later cram into your refrigerator. Now all my refrigerator dispenses is purity. And ice.

If you have a Samsung refrigerator don’t use any other filter. I tried using one from Amazon that was supposed to be compatible. It caused extensive damage to my refrigerator that was hard to correct and cost a lot. Still with this one if you don’t want a big repair bill.

I like the OEM Samsung filter the best. I have had other off brand filters and they did not work as well. Some of them even leaked water out the bottom where the filter attaches to the fridge. Gettting the Samasung brand is worth the price here.

We've bought generic water filters in the past, but we resorted to buying the name brand filters of Samsung because the water tastes great and has no after taste unlike the generic brands.
