Performance 5 stars, Price 2 stars
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give this product 5 stars, but the price is definitely a drawback. With 4 kids in and out of a fridge all day, every day, a water filter needs to be changed a little more often than not. When we first bought fridge about 2 years ago, filters were $45. Now they are $53. Although I LOVE my refrigerator, Families on tight budgets need to think twice before making such a huge investment.

Posted .Hi MomOf4,
We appreciate your time in reaching out to us and we are glad that you purchased and chose our product. It warms our hearts to know that our Samsung Refrigerator and filters are part of your family now. We recommend that you replace the water filter every six months for better quality water. The refrigerator's water filter light will let you know when those six months are up and should be reset after changing the filter. We understand that our product is a little expensive, however, you won't regret the quality of water that will be produced. We will surely notate your feedback about this matter for better products in the future.
