A basic water filter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The filter is obviously overpriced. In places with hard water, the filter tends to need replacing more often. Samsung makes this filter specific for their refrigerator so you have no choice but to buy theirs.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Water filter works best with genuine OEM Samsung filter. Genetic filter is cheaper but doesn’t last as long or taste as good w Samsung filter

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have tried the generic filters and they do not work as well as the Samsung Brand. The generic version I tried leaked. Stick with the real thing.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is probably my 6th filter for my fridge I bought from BestBuy. The water does not have any odor and the speed of the water getting filtered on demand is fast.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took two trips to get the right one for me. The difference in taste for unfiltered water and filtered water is obvious.

Easy to order on-line
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was very easy to order on-line. I'm glad that Best Buy carries this particular water filter for my refrigerator.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The installation directions confused me. I had everything in and my refrigerator still said I needed to change the filter. After I went online I saw that I had missed hitting a reset button. Also, it wants you to waste an enormous amount of water to clean it out.

||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed item for my Samsung refrigerator. I guess it does well.... but disappointed that Samsung doesn't put the same quality and care into their appliances as they do for their small electronics.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I buy the water filters at Best Buy when I see them. I like to keep one on hand in case Best Buy is out when I need one. Now that my Best Buy is being closed in Columbia SC I bought it. I change the filter every 6 months when my Samsung tells me.
