The water filter works fine once it is installed, the problem is the install. Samsung put the location of the water filter in an odd position and it took me about 20 minutes to switch filters. The instructions recommend to turn off the water first, but it's not easy for me to get to the back of the fridge and reach the valve. Had a major issue with installing the new filter as water kept shooting out.

i purchased the replacement filter when I received the notice on my refrigerator. after i replaced it, the same warning light went on very quickly. not sure what the issue is but the water still tastes great and there are no observable problems product works fine but not sure about integration and notification.
