On line later I saw prices for 15.00. Why the cost difference. I thought the name of your shore is “Best Buy.”

I called Samsung who sent a tech to look at my refridgerator. Tech said filter can only do so much. You have hard hard water and are going to have to call a plumber to pin point your problem.
