Seems expensive due to not very good options. Easy to change. Samsung should provide recycling service for used filters.

Got these because I hadn't used my Bst Buy credit card in a while and they were going to lower my limit. I had made purchases at Best Buy but I had used another card that gave me money back instead of points. I needed water filters but they were cheaper elsewhere.

You don't get to choose a filter when you purchase a refrigerator. This one was difficult to get the old one out and the new one in.

Why buy knock-off filters, buy authentic filter and in this 2-pack so you save more from BestBuy. Doing an automatic order of this pack every year adds more savings.

I worked with a person at Best Buy to assure I got the right filter,,,BUT, when it arrived it was not the right one. It fits in the receptacle for the filter, but its physical size and shape is different from the original one that came with the refrigerator. The door on the filter cavity does not close and the "change filter" light is on all the time.

It warms our hearts to know that our Samsung Refrigerator and filters are part of your family now. We apologize for the inconvenience that the water filter. We recommend that you replace the water filter every six months for better quality water. The refrigerator's water filter light will let you know when those six months are up and should be reset after changing the filter. Had issues right after purchase. Water filter has a very short life span. Not happy with this fridge.

This is the OME, recommended water filter. Can't go wrong with OME and recommended filter. Buy the pack of 2 and save 20%. Your purchase is good for a full year.

I am concerned when it comes to my health but I tried to save some money and purchase the cheaper brand filter and I saw little black carbon particles in my ice cubes and that did it- Samsung is all I get now.
