Disappointed in this OE replacement. The water flow rate diminishes way too soon with this filter making you want to change it out of frustration. Did not experience any leaks with the 2 that I swapped out - so 3 stars for that.

I did not give a good review because this will be the third time that I have had to go in Bestbuy, they keep selling me the wrong size filter. That is ridiculous

Little to no ice and bad water pressure frim the water dispenser. Not the water line, so assumed filter. Its the darn fridge, will never buy a samsung fridge again,this is just one of many problems.

This requires maximum pressure to insert--don't be too gentle. There are only 2 of us , we have a whole house water filtration system and this still only lasted 5 months. Seems rather short. Price was right.

Every Six Month's I get notification to change this filter even I don’t use refrigerator for ice and water. Very frustrating

Even if you are not using the water and ice maker of the fridge, the unit will still notify you every six months to remind you that the filter needs to be replaced. There is no need to replace the filter. Just reset the notification light by following the steps in the link below.

Replaced my Samsung water filter with the recommend filter. This is my 2nd attempt and just as before, it starts leaking after a couple of weeks. I end up throwing it away and buying a off brand. I can not recommend this filter.

Filter was clickbait as something I could add onto a new refrigerator. The refrigerator does not have a spot for a filter and I can’t get ahold of a person to return it.

The refrigerator requires water pressure of at least 30 psi. Most city water is around 60 psi; however, filtering systems such as reverse osmosis can significantly reduce water pressure.

I buy this replace filter every few months however the one I bought only 30 days ago was faulty. The water didn't taste right and I had to buy a new one the other day. Hope the new one lasts longer...

Not sure whether the filter replacement caused my ice maker to stop working. But the day I changed my filter, my ice maker stopped working on almost new fridge.

Not blaming BB for the wrong filter. According to Samsung's website, it should have fit my fridge, but there was no way to install it as it was meant for a model that had more bells and whistles to it.

Terrible taste worse than tap. My refrigerator came with mineral water filter that worked great for 3 months got this fresh water from best buy the sales guy assured it would be very similar.

Samsung issue completely. I've tried holding down on the alarm, but still wont turn off even after I've installed the new filter. Will now need to call Samsung's customer service hotline.
