With our previous fridge, we would have to order our filters ahead of time. This is the first filter we've replaced since we got our new Samsung fridge. Best Buy had plenty in stock and it was easy to replace. Very happy.

Clean and crisp water, works easy, kind of tough to install but nothing crazy

Well it’s a water filter, I don’t know how well it works haven’t had my water tested but my filter light is off.I thought it was a little expensive but maybe it’s just me

We bought this Samsung refrigerator about a year ago and have changed the filter twice. The filter works great and is simple to change. We have turned off the water supply to the fridge each time prior to removing the old filter. We have had no leaks.

These water filters are the easiest to install in my Samsung refrigerator. Easy to install and remove and change.

When the light went off to replace the filter it took me a few weeks to get to the store and get it. After installation . . . WHY did I wait? It's amazing how much better the water tastes with a new filter. Got 2 of them so next time I'm ready.

Great product. My wife loves it so I love it. She says that it should be original brand so the refrigerator remains in the warranty. There are third-party ones out there but will stick with the original for now. It has easy assembly.

I have bought filters for this refrigerator that were supposed to be the right product. However, that product caused water to squirt across my kitchen. The filter for my Samsung refrigerator bought at BEST BUY was the right filter and works perfectly.

Tried the Insignia filters for our Samsung fridge the first time around. Nothing but problems. Purchased the Samsung replacement (HAF-CIN) and no issues. These are not as cheap, but at least they work like they're supposed to. Stick with MFG product...

I had an issue using a 3rd party filter in the past and won’t use them anymore. This is a genuine Samsung filter and works perfectly. It was on sale the well I needed it and I couldn’t be happier.

The manufacturer says not to use any other filter in our refrigerator, so who are we to argue? They seem to work just fine.

Good item. Takes care of water filtration as needed. Still have concerns about the Samsung Refrigerator though, as it leaks water. Not sure if I would but another one or not. Samsung is a good name brand, but I have been concerned about this leakage and I see others have had the same issue.
