We get our water from a deep well. This water filter is a necessity as it works incredibly well in filtering out the impurities for our ice maker of our Samsung. When we change it out, it's amazing what the top of the old filter looks like.

We love being able to use our Samsung refrigerator for water refills. We do not buy bottled water so having a good filter is really important for us. These filters last forever with regular usage!

I like the quality of the products, easy to install

Samsung changed the gasket and doesn't tell you this. I never had to turn my water off before to install a new filter. Well this time I ended up with water all over the inside of the fridge. I started over and turned off the water and the filter went on properly. The filter really makes my water taste good. Just wish I was told it was different.

Keep my water tasting good and last a long time. Price is very reasonable. My only knock against this is that sometimes the Best Buy store does not have them in stock

This item is for most Samsung refrigerators and need replacing every six months. I always have an extra unit due to the shortage of filters in 2015, there was a six weeks waiting period and of course they are imported to America.

When changing, follow directions. To expedite, set new one firmly in place without turning, turn on water and prefilled filter. Then turn off water screw in filter and you have little to no air to purge from system. Filter is great

I know these seem fairly expensive, but OEM is the way to go! I have been using these for a few years, strongly recommend using them! Great tasting water.

If you have a Samsung Refrigerator, only use Samsung filters or you will have a few hundred dollars repair when they have to replace the filter housing unit!!!!

If you have a Samsung refrigerator with filtered water, I believe this filter is the only option that exists. It installs with little effort; be sure to have a few gallons of water flow through the filter before using (per the instructions). Water tastes great and a huge improvement as our normal "out of faucet" water has a heavy chlorine taste.

Expensive but I like my water filtered so I overpay for these.

Great brand and does what it is suppose to do efficiently

These filters are super easy to install on our Samsung refrigerator. We do it twice a year which keeps the water fresh. The 4-star is because of that reason. We have to change them 2x per year. Other than that, they’re great!

Filters water. Gimme points for the review. Took old one out and plugged new one in. Why I must waste filter life prepping the filter is kinda wasteful.

A good selection of the water filter stocked in the store. Price was reasonable. First replacement filter for our fridge since purchasing. Filter was very easy to install.

The filter was easy to install. Some water spilled while taking the old one out so watch for that. It's a refrigerator filter so it's not exciting but it does the trick. This one lasts about 6 months.

Not that much to say about a water filter, other than it does the job it is supposed to do. It was easy to replace, and, if it lasts as long as the previous one did, then it will last the 6 months that it is supposed to (with regular usage). It is a little pricier than I would like, but $50 seems to be the going rate, so what are you going to do?

This is the only filter to use on Samsung refrigerator. Knockoffs can harm the refrigerator. It took a repairman to show us the reasons we should only use this.

It is very easy to change out my water filter. It was easy to follow the directions and install it properly with little to no effort. And the taste of the water is Clear and clean.
