It would be nice to have different vendor options to choose from instead of paying 50 bucks for something that is specified to last only 6 months and no other real options at the store. My first filter lasted 1.5 years so save so save some money. Get a new one when you smell a mild fish-like odor.

We recommend that you replace the water filter every six months for better quality water. The refrigerator's water filter light will let you know when those six months are up and should be reset after changing the filter. We understand that our product is a little expensive, however, you won't regret the quality of water that will be produced. We will surely notate your feedback about this matter for better products in the future.
