While it does say you can get up to 7500 read/ write (crystlediskmark shows 7500 if you run a basic test) - however if you test for “real world scenario” in crystal mark you get something like 5000. Either way it’s impressive and you will notice how much faster everything is. Boot times are a joke and opening any application just has that extra bit of speed that justifies the price for me at least.

A QUICK PS5 Memory Upgrade!

Personally I feel Sony should have included this with every PS5 and I would have (and suggest) the 2TB version, but the 1TB version was on a Deal of The Day, so I couldn't pass it up. Seamless integration; the PS5 will automatically detect the WD_BLACK and that's all there is to it.
