Great Boot Drive for PC

It would have been cheaper to purchase it without the heat sink and buy that separately but it's definitely worth the extra money. Very simple to install, in spite of the cheap screw that in many cases will strip, just install the drive and replace the cover, no problem. This drive is as fast if not faster than the custom PS5 internal drive, formatting it was also fast and easy. Get this, you won't regret it!!

Easy install, plug & play

Biggest challenge was taking off PS5 face plate (which is not hard, you just have to be careful). Also worth noting to be careful not to strip screws in the area you install SSD (the ones that come with PS5). It didn’t happen to me but I read that it can happen if you’re not careful. Once installed, PS5 auto formats it (speed about 6500mb & full 1TB of storage). This comes with heat sink so 100% plug & play.
