    With games taking up so much space on hard drive - and many needing downloads even if you have a disc version - this becomes a must. The full AC-Valhalla is like 175GB. Being able to keep in on spare drive so you do not have to delete other games to load this one. Pretty easy to install. Switching between hard drives is easy too.

    Purchased this for extra PS5 storage after buying the comparable drive from Samsung. The Samsung drive had old firmware that caused it to produce lower speeds. The Samsung was unable to connect to our gaming PC, so we returned it for the WD drive. This drive had no issues, was easy to install, and produced speeds of about 6500-6600 on the PS5.

    Not much to say here, this WD Black drive is great if you're looking for some basic storage to start out with. This, combined with the internal storage, is plenty enough, at least in my case. Easy to install too and the heatsink it's in helps keep the drive cool, which is what Sony recommends. Overally great for the price.
