Works Great For The PS5

Installing it was a pain(not because of the ssd, but because of the cheap screw the PS5 uses that holds it in place, so that doesn't affect my review of this product). After that, I powered up the console, received a prompt to format the drive, deleted "yes", and a few seconds later I was ready to go! It's very fast and well worth the cost for the extra storage space. *Thumbs Up

It's absolutely a race horse when it comes to speed. Transferred 500 gigs of game data in less than five minutes. Had to acquire another screw to install in the unit as the one in the PS5 stripped very quickly. Just something to consider, but otherwise, highly recommend. This is the first among equals in my opinion.

I play a lot of sports and racing games and im definitely a casual gamer and the PS5 judt doesnt have the storage capacity i needed. Was going to go with higher capacity but will wait on them to come down in price. As far as performance based on my benchmarks this actually outperforms the PS5 SSD which kinda shocked me.
