    I became tired of deleting old save files to play new games on the PS5. Purchased this and watched a youtube video and installation took 5 minutes. Toughest part was figuring out how to pop off PS5 shell. PS5 immediately recognized the SSD and formatted. It also provided the option to keep PS4 games on the internal SSD and install PS5 games on this one. Highly recommended.

    Wanted the 2TB but it was on back order. I got this for my PS5 for internal storage. It worked out great seeing that you still can use the 667+ GB that comes on the PS5. It can run up to 7000MB/s. Once it was formatted with my PS5 it clocked in at 6545.662MB/s great option for an internal upgrade and it has heatsink built in. I got one for my son for xmas too. Highly recommended!
