Expands the space in my ps5. Loading times are faster.

Easy to install and already comes with heat sink on it. Price is extremely high but it works as advertised. Was at least on sale and makes playing ps5 much easier. Fast as well!

So for people that are new to this like i was. Look up how to do it first. And yes it is a full terrabyte. No problems so far. You will need a phillips screw driver. All in all its good. I got the 2 year warranty but thats just me.

I was able to install the WD_Black in my PS5 without any problem, formatting the SSD was easy, just follow the on screen instructions. Relative to performance, the SSD work as well as the internal hard drive, very fast, and lots of room for additional games.

Makes it so much easier to download digital content!

Bought this m.2 ssd drive to add internal memory to my ps5. It is a little pricey but comes with its own designed heatsink already attached. Saved me time and worry. Super fast install and format. Works great!!

I have owned several WD products without any disappointments & this one doesn't disappoint either. I currently have 7 games downloaded on It & still have over 600gb available. If uou are in the market for an 1tb ssd m.2, this is the one.

Superb memory expansion internal for the PS5. Definitely adds storage so can keep additional games on the PS5. A bit costly but worth it. Highly recommended.

I’ve done all my homework, and the WD Black NVMe was the best choice for my PS five… Download games faster with the nvme I installed than the hard drive on my PlayStation five. Even installed it in about 5 minutes.

Got this for my PS5. Overall the install was super easy, and the speed even on last gen games is impressive. I want one of these for my PC soon! The value is good, but I don't get the cost diff on the models with a heatsink pre-installed vs not.

Bought this for my husband who asked for a hard drive for his PS5. This seemed to be the best one for the money. He was super excited about the heat sink which I'm not sure what that is but he said it was a number one for this type of product

Got this for my PlayStation 5. These game consoles just don't come with enough memory for more then a couple games. This makes it so I don't have to uninstall a game every time I install one.

Bought it for my PS5 and (so far) it has been great. While they are super overpriced, it does the job that I need it to do.

Purchased for my PS5. Installation was incredibly easy and required nothing more than a small screw-driver following Sony's instructional video. PS5 immediately recognized installation and formatted, and have had no issues playing games from it.

I have this drive installed in my PS5 (2TB) and PC (1TB) and both work flawlessly. No issues whatsoever with these drives. I like the support software that's available to download. WD is always my 1st choice for storage.

I was worried at first about getting a internal instead of a external. I'm glad I went with the interal though. The installation and set up was fast and easy. I recommend doing internal its easy.

If you're looking to extend the storage you have a PS five this is amazing. Super easy to install and only a single piece so you don't have to buy multiple items in order to ground it. Highly recommend and is super convenient.
