It been working great. I'm happy I finally got one. very easy to install just make sure you have a small enough screwdriver to get the was and bolt inside the ps5. I almost wish i waited to get a 2TB M.2 but I can wait till they cheaper.

Super fast install and super fast read and write. One of my favorite best buy purchases honestly. Wish the 2T was a bit cheaper and I probably would have got it but this is the best bang for buck.

I bought this for my PS5. It was easy to install and there was no real setup required after that. The console recognizes the new internal storage device and prompts you on what to do next (choose which files you want to save on the console memory and which you want to save on the new storage device). If I remember right, I just needed a small Phillips screwdriver for install and there was only one screw used for holding it in place. Data transfers fast enough to and from this device that I forget that I have it. From what I’ve read, some other storage devices don’t transfer data fast enough to play games on. You won’t have that problem with this. If you end up going with a different internal storage device, make sure it has a heat sink on it already or you install a heat sink on it.

Was straightforward and simple to install following Sony's official installation video. Highly recommend. Very high speed internal transfer allowed me to move a lot of large games in a short amount of time.

No issues at all installing this, took me a min to figure out how to get the cover off the ps5 but figured it out. There are plenty of videos showing how to install it them format it.

Drives rated speeds are faster than what the PS5 requires, no slow downs running games off it. Fits in the PS5 expansion slot perfectly and heat sink ensures drive doesnt overheat.

Product works great with my ps5 and was easy to install. Just make sure when you install the heatsink you hear it snapping into the slot. As for game performance it runs my games i have stored on it wonderfully.

Opening the cover and unscrewing the screw was more difficult than pluggin in the SSD but after that it was all easy and give me some flexibility for buying more games digitally.

Fantastic NVMe drive, works 100% flawlessly with the ps5, and fits like a glove, worth paying the premium as opposed to buying an off the shelf nvme and finding a heatsink that will fit.

Was lucky enough to purchase on sale for 229.00 and noticed 4 days ago went to 199.00. I called and recieved a price match from bb. Best purchase yet for my ps5, a must have if you plan on having a full library of games.

Very good product to add storage to a ps5. Really easy to setup, and if troubles do occur in the setup process all you have to do is YouTube it. Many videos on how to setup.

BLAZING speeds in my PS5. Definitely worth it if you can find it on sale. Regardless, when your buying WD Black, your buying quality. I have WD black in all my builds.

Installation into my PS5 was quick and painless. Have Deathloop, Spiderman Remastered and Ratchet and Clank running from it constantly and haven't had a single issue.

I needed extra storage for the PS5. I went with the one with a heat sink already provided. It's simple to install but be careful to use the correct size tool as the screws can easily be stripped if not careful.

I'm very pleased, with my purchase! I was very surprised, how easy it was to install!! Maybe 10 min. If I had to do it over again, I would have purchased the 2TB drive. Seems to working great!!

Starting off with the installation, it was super easy and quick. The hardest part was taking the face plate off the PS5. Other than that, it was a pretty process. I highly recommend it.

Bought this to expand my storage on my ps5. Easy installation, a little pricey for the added Heatsink but that was Sony’s recommendation not sure how hot these things run normally but so far so good
