Works great I’m my laptop. I waited until it was on sale and imaged from my old drive no problem. Speeds up my laptop tremendously.

I bought this for my sister's Inspiron 13 from a few years back. SSD comes with easy to use cloning software from the WD website. Within an hour or two this old laptop was running like a brand new device. If you have a device with a mechanical drive and are looking for a good upgrade, you should start here. Just a heads up though, you'll need an enclosure if you're planning to clone.

I bought this when the hard drive in my ps4 pro hard drive went out. Installation and setup was super easy. Seems to be faster than the old drive.

1TB SSD for $110..whats not to like? Performs on par with other SSD's in its class at way less cost. I should have bought another for a backup drive...

No Installation issues. So far it works well and using it as my main drive. Bought online and on sale for $90

So, I bought this on a whim, for a customer who had their 750Gb HDD fail in an older laptop. I told him to get an SSD, the difference in how fast their laptop felt, would be incredible. He wanted to upgrade to 1Tb, which I didn't have, but the Best Buy 5 minutes from me did. So I ordered it online, got in my car and picked it up. It was installed 30 minutes later, and the customer picked it up soon after that. He recently sent me a text out of the blue saying: " Thank you! My laptop is so fast now!"

Computer has more storage with greater speed. My works faster and more proficient. The Geek Squad replacing my hard drive was well worth it.

Good Product. This drive was installed about two months ago. I have not had any issues and I'm loving the amount of available storage space I have remaining after loading many songs onto the drive. I would recommend this product.

Very good SSD at a reasonable price. Used to upgrade 2012 Macbook pro 522Gb HD to 1Tb SSD. Performance increase was substantial.

so far this has been an excellent replacement/upgrade to the drive my laptop came with. it is super fast compared to the old spin up drive.

Purchased to replace an old hard drive. After installing and moving operating system and data I noticed a big increase in performance. Only giving it 4 stars because WD went cheap when it comes to software and help. My old drive was 500GB, the new SSD is 1TB. WD does not provide formatting software to allow the move from a smaller drive to the larger one. I spent weeks trying to figure it out. Worked with WD technicians and finally bought a software package that allowed me to perform this function. Not sure but I think other SSD manufactures may include the necessary software for this task. Other than that I have always had good luck with WD.

Bought this drive to be dedicated for gaming. has enough storage (for now) to handle CoD and other games. Loads everything really fast.
