Great upgrade for Playstation Consoles!

Used this in my Playstation 3 with no problems! PS3 can't use all the capabilities of a SSD, just still a noticeable increase in speed. Both a 2TB version of this same line of SSDs for my PS4 Pro. Now my PS3 and PS4 match my PS5 in having Solid State Drives!

Startup went from 2 minutes to 30 seconds. Fastest method for replacement: 1. Purchase an external USB two bay drive caddy ($25-$35) 2. Download and install Free Partition Magic yo laptop 3. Connect drive caddy to laptop, let it setup. 4. Place your WD SSD drive in drive caddy 5. Run Partion Magic, Select “Clone Drive” , use all available space 6. Install cloned SSD on your laptop. 7. Enjoy.!!
