    My laptop was running extra slow. Best Buy Geek Squad recommended I replace my old hard drive with a WD - Blue 1 TB Internal Solid State Drive. It took a couple of days for them to complete the install and reimage the drive and test it. My laptop is up and running smoothly. I haven't had any further issues with my laptop. The Geek Squad did a great job!

    I am using this 1TB SSD as my D: drive in my desk top computer. All of my working files are on it. They open and save quickly. My C: drive is a smaller, older SSD that contains Windows and programs. The two drives in conjunction with each other are very fast. I still have HDD for the storage of pictures, videos, etc. I would buy this again if I needed another drive this size.

    I bought a USB digital audio workstation to record my home instrument music for doing multiple tracks on a song. After doing 2 tracks, following tracks would not record properly and the audio software said the I/O channel was too slow. I replaced a conventional HDD with the WD SDD and that cured the problem. Performance, dependability and speed with SDD!

    I can believe how fast my laptop is now, start up went from 10 minutes to a single minute, My storage capacity is now great. I can storage a lot of movies to play on my trips. Computer speed has increase alot, retriving information speed has also increased dramatically ,i was thinking in getting a new laptop but not any more this hard drive really upgrade my laptop
