Great for the price

Works perfect for gamers and the speed is convenient however I bought a 500GB EVO 970 for My custom made PC for windows, chrome, and other quality of life stuff but this drive will work perfectly great for games.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product and great performance but, unfortnuately, the Acronis OEM version is useless to migrate the data using a USB adapter since it won't recognize the product as a WD but as a generic drive. I had to use a trial verion from another vendor to be able to clone my disk to the WD one.

Reliable storage at a great sale price

Knock on wood; they've never let me down! This is the second 1TB WD Blue SSD I've put into my computer. Read & Write speeds are often as stated, and the life expectancy is generous for a drive of this caliber. I would whole-heartedly recommend this drive for general use, main OS drive, and storage.
