Rip Made it Right

After spending money on such services, the lap top was still unusable. We returned to Best Buy after a phone call from Mr. Van Winkle, (which was after my complaint here.) "Rip" Van Winkle and German were eager to repair the lap top. We remain impressed with the courteous and professional manner in which "Rip" and German treated us. My confidence in Best Buy is restored. Thank you.
