    Bought it thinking laptop might need new had drive but turned out it was memory chip causing the problem. Going to keep for future use for other laptops or desktop. Haven't used it yet but I'm sure it should be working. Western digital hard drives have always worked and been good for me. Everything eventually has issues being man made!

    i had to change a laptop hard drive due to performance. a few hours with CloneZila and swap the drives the new copy of the hard drive was ready for use. loads and opens applications way faster than the older drive.
