The WD Carry Case for the WD Passport Hard Disk is Awesome. It protects the the Hard Drive and stores the cable in a special place.

These cases are worth the money to protect Western Digital portable hard drives. They are durable, well built, fit the drives well and have a divider to separate the drive from the power cable. I have bought several of these for the different versions of this drive that I have purchased over time, including my newest one, the My Passport 4TB.

Fits my hard drive perfectly, and keeps it very secure.

This hard top case protect my portable hard drive just as it is supposed to. The only gripe I have which is not a huge deal is that I wish they came in blue.

Very good product , fit well , the hard drive Good protection

I have never bought cases for my hard drives before, but now that my last one crashed I am super worried and bought this case. It is very sturdy and fits the WD portable harddrive perfectly. There is even a small pocket on the inside that fits both of the cords that came with my WD harddrive.

It does the job and offers decent protection without being too big. Not really any additional storage but that's the cost of having a small case.

Not bulky at all. Has a nice slim design with the hard shell which gives you assurance your external drive is protected.

When I got a new laptop I decided to get a case for my 2TB Passport Drive. I had a Seagate 500 GB drive that came with a "case" which was nothing more than a soft dust cover. This case is a hard shell which has a pouch inside for the drive cable. It adds a little to the bulk of the drive but at least it should protest the drive from light damage when carried in a knapsack or the laptop bag. I did notice that the WD logo on the case was crooked but that's just a cosmetic issue,

This is a must have to protect the hard drive from accidental drops. I had mine knocked off a table at a local coffee shop and I am extremely pleased that cover absorbed the shock completely and no sign of damage to the hard drive. The price is reasonable and well worth it considering the cost to replace a damaged external hard drive.

Fits perfectly and protects the hard drive I bought with it

This case protects my hard drive great. I am always traveling and have even dropped the case and there was no damage.

The case seems to fit well and should add some protection for the drive since I carry it in back pack as an archive.

The case for the WD SSD drive hold the device and cable and protects it from damage if dropped. The case has an outer hard shell and is padded inside so the drive is protected. I found that the 1TD Drive and case were able to be carried in a bag or large pocket easily but the bigger drives where somewhat cumbersome to handle.

Good case to protect my 1 TB external HD...fits well

I bought this case last month and it is definitely a great case for the price. Even though it is said that the case is compatible with specific WD Passport drives, the WD Easystore drive that I bought does fit in with minimal effort. I like the sturdiness of the case which is a great layer of protection against fall.
