I purchased this item for my portable drive. It fits like a glove. I just wish there was a little more room for extra smaller USB's if needed.

This case is rigid and seems to do its job well. My WD hard drive and its cable fit snuggly, but easily inside.

My opinion is that this case is the better choice between itself, and the insignia version. Both approximately the same price; however, seems more refined, durable, and would provide more shock absorbing. My opinion is that it should adequately protect your drive, while looking aesthetically pleasing. Thank you.

Very nice case for a Western Digital Passport portable hard drive. Design and styling is great and appears very durable. Has an inner mesh pocket to store the USB cable and comes with a nice Velcro strap with a WD logo on it to wrap the cable. Doesn't add allot of bulk to the drive when being stored in a laptop bag.

I had to buy another one, since I dropped and kept getting an error to pull the data from my previous portable hard drive. Much piece of mind to protect my investment. Very easy to carry and provide the good protection on my valuable hard drive.

This is a nice case for the hardrive that i purchased. It helps me feel a little more secure of how i am storing my drive.

The newer style My Passport portable hard drives fit into this carrying case tightly, but there is not enough room for the USB cable. Otherwise, this semi-hard case provides ample protection compared to cheap neoprene cases.

Love this case. Easily carries "My Passport" for those times I travel and need to take my computer files.

I did not know that Best Buy had these to protect my drives. I happen to see and ask about it and bought it right then. I need to buy three more of these cases for my other drives. This is a great way to protect my drives and the information that is on each of my drives.

This case fit my hard drive pefectly, and came with a pocket to carry the usb cable safely. Not waterproof but great against drops

I purchased this case with the Western Digital 4 TB bus-powered external hard drive. This case is large enough to hold both the drive and the cabling to connect it to a computer. Quality has been good. No issues with fraying edges or the zipper. I would buy it again.

I travel all the time and have to have my external hard drive with me. This case keeps my Passport Portable safe and allows me to store my connecting cable right with it. (I'm notorious for misplacing cables.) Lightweight, yet rugged. Fully recommend!
