Great companion to the WD - My Passport External USB Portable Hard Drive. This case will give you an extra layer of protection to your hard drive and valuable data.

It is a pretty standard case. It is good for protecting your hard drive. The only thing I would say would be a plus if they had a strap inside to keep it from floating in the case.

It fits well and does a good job of protecting the drive. I carry it in the marine environment where the drive could get jostled about. No problems or damage yet.

This case protects my WD hard drive from bumps and scratches. It also has a place for cable storage. That's really all I needed it to do! The sale price made the decision to buy easy.

Nice, basic protective case for external hard drives. Nicely cushioned interior for extra protection. Extra webbed slot on the inside for the chords and other small accesseries.

My portable hard drive fits perfect, Hard shell, so it feels durable and I feel like it will protect my portable drive if I drop it or put it in the backpack.

Nice case, good looking and drive fits well. I agree with two comments by other reviewers. One did not like that the case would not open more due to the straps. I find this a little annoying The second wanted a separate compartment for the cord. I have a Case Logic case that has a mesh pocket for the cord and I like this a lot.

The case is small and compact which is nice. It is a little tough to get the My Passport in and out of the case.

Having this case on my external hard drive protects it from drops or water spills things that you don’t expect and has made it last longer

Cute little portable HD case. Fits 1 HD and has a little elastic banded section to include the usb cable and serves to partition it so it doesn't rub the HD while in the case. The case itself is a "soft-hard-shell" that should protect the HD from small drops, but is compressible if you really squeeze it. Ultimately its a cool "WD" branded novelty to transport your port. HD without it rolling around in your bag and prevents it from getting scratched up.

Bought a 2 tb portable hard drive and this case to protect it. The case does its job. Accidentally dropped it and zero damage was done. As a plus, the case looks good!

Very nice product so I ordered 2 one for the hard drive that I brought on Best Buy and one for the hard drive that I already had. Both work great

this case is great. however, I would have given it 5 Stars if was cheaper as $20 is a bit steep for this case.

I love being able to keep my electronics protected. This case is a bit of a tight fit for my 2 TB external and there definitely wasn't space to keep the USB cord or plug in there. But for the price and protection of my hard drive, I'll label my cords and keep them in my bag's pocket. I still am pleased with Western Digital. :)

There's not much to say, but it's a handsome case and hold the hard drive it was made for quite nicely. It also has a separate little area for the USB cable, which is nice.

Soft but protective case with an extra pouch inside for the hard drive cable. Nice quality and seems well made.

The case quality is very good and my WD drive fits well. An elastic top inside is a nice plus for the USB cable. Worth the money. Get one for each portable hard drive you have.
