This case is perfect for WD portables and offers nice protection. Works well - no zip issues - and is affordable. Don't buy a drive without protecting it ... add the case and you've got a nice little setup. Enjoy!

Could be better

Also they use to have net on one side which could hold some SD cards or cable.

I really can't complete this review until the hard drive is dropped while in the case. It does make a convenient carrying case for the hard drive and the connecting cable.

Good case / clunky zippers

I am able to toss my drive into my backpack and feel relatively secure that it will arrive at its destination. The only complaint I have is that the zipper is a little stiff and at times hard to use.
