Great protection for my hard drives
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a 1TB My Passport Ultra, a couple of years old, and this carrying case when I bought the HD. It works well, keeps shock from the unit, protects it from abrasion while in my backpack, etc. I got a great deal on a WD 4TB Easystore. The labeling doesn't include the Easystore line for this carrying case. But it DOES fit. So now I carry both of my external hard drives in their own case. And they still look like new....

Only Adequate Protection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a storage and carring case for the Passport for Mac 4TB because it was a hard case to protect it. It is OK but would be better if it had a little more space to allow the USB cable that you need to use to connect it to something to be stored comfortably as well. You can get the cable in as well, but it is really tight if you do. I would have liked go compare it with a Insignia hard case to see if that had more space but that case wasn't carried at the store and if I ordered it the arrival date was after I was leaving on trip, so this case was my only choice.
